In the springtime, our distiller sets up mobile stills near the plants and water sources. The newly-grown green tips and twigs are distilled over open fire with the distillation residue used as fuel for the next batch. Rosemary essential oil has a fresh, uplifting, herbaceous aroma that inspires confidence and creativity. The aroma refreshes respiratory and sinus passages and helps focus the senses.
