The Bible-Based Dictionary of Prophetic Symbols: Bridging the Gap Between Revelation and Application

As I'm learning how to interpret/decipher my dreams, this is the first book I go to. I love the biblical base which I would have no other way. Very informative.

I wish I would have had this book years ago. God speaks even in the minor occurrences of our dreams. He is faithful to lead us!

I learned about this book through a video by Emma Stark where she talked about how everyone she teaches about dream interpretation has a journal and pen by their bedside along with this book.We have been using this book for several months now to help us understand our dreams. It has been so helpful!!! I have another book on dream interpretation and it doesn’t have nearly as many words defined.The only thing I wish was different was that all the words were just defined together instead of three different sections.

A must have in your collection

It is reading-heavy. Not like a dictionary or encyclopedia. It requires reading to grasp the meat of this book. If you're looking for a dictionary type, do not buy, just look it up on the internet. But for those seeking a deeper understanding of their dreams and are willing to put in the work to read about it, this is good.I can affirm that this is Biblical and references nothing but the Bible. There is no ounce of worldliness in this book (no mysticism or spirituality included in this book), just the Bible. If that's what you're looking for, go for it.

This book is a great resource. However, the main problem I have with it is that the categories are not intuitive. You have to check many different sections to try and find the entry you're looking for. This is a common problem with a lot of dream symbol dictionaries. Please, stop categorizing the entries. Just put them in alphabetical order like a regular dictionary.

I absolutely love this book that was referred by Pastor Kevin LA Ewing. I am a dreamer so, this book as helped me know what is being released via the spirit realm but I also pray about my dreams/vision because God is sovereign and revealer of all things

I keep this book by my night stand as I am a dreamer and it has been very useful in assisting in interpretation.

I was looking for the dictionary/index type of book, I do like how it stresses that you have to pay attention and keep track cuz your dreams speak your language so for some, the same image may represent something different for someone else. I have been testing it out, so we will see how it goes.

This is very helpful to use when you get stuck interpreting your dreams though it shouldn’t be used as a substitute for the Holy Spirit

It gives some good explainations for things that I did not understand before. It's a fast way to look things up when something is not clear in scripture esp. in the prophetic way. It is very interesting. I will keep using it.

Amazing book! BUT……..The first part of the book is upside down! Has anyone else had this problem? It’s a bit upsetting as I was expecting great quality! I don’t really have time atm to faff around sending it back!!
