This is the very best eye liner I can find. I wish the midnight blue was a little lighter color or blue, but otherwise the tip of this liner is always easy to use and goes on smoothly and evenly. I paid much more for a blue eyeliner (great color) from L’Oréal but once the tip flattens out it is impossible to reaharpen so I had to throw it in the trash. in any pencil sharpener I can find because it is too soft and breaks off in chunks.

Been using this color and product for years. Will continue to use it.

Stays on good

I have very many allergies and must be careful as to what I use on my face, especially around my eyes. I've tried just about every brands' eye pencil as well as liquid eyeliners, only to have to quickly wipe them off due to an allergic reaction. But this CoverGirl pencil eyeliner is the exception - glides on smoothy (I only line my bottom waterline), and basically stays on quite a long time before it slightly starts to smudge. I just clean up the smudge with a tissue, and the liner is still on my waterline. And NO allergic reaction!

Functional with ease of light or heavy. Sharp and easily smooth. Last perfectly. I love it

The pencil had 3 uses and no more coming out. Was this used? Very disappointing.

Loved the deep, rich blue color. Easy glide application. Flawless mechanism. A keeper above and beyond much more expensive product previously purchased.
