The icrss pro app to view the camera is the worst!

This camera is actually my eighth identical unit, so I have a track record with them.Outstanding quality and workmanship, razor-sharp imaging, easy-peasy setup, and about as reliable as a hammer, with approximately the same number of moving parts. Top-of-the-line as far as I'm concerned. I've also spoken to IC Realtime Support on another matter, and was quite impressed with their professionalism and knowledge; clearly, no "I'm new here and talking from a script", or someone clearly twelve time zones away and sitting on a crate of live chickens.If you want the very best, I recommend stopping at IC Realtime first and last.

This is a super surveillance camera. You might think 1.3 megapixels won't do the trick. But you'll be pleasantly surprise by the image this camera produces. I highly recommend pairing these cameras with a IC Realtime NVR. I like to think of this company as the Apple of surveillance systems. Not only are the cameras and NVR's visually appealing, but they are bulletproof. Then you have a full 10 year warranty boot, enough said.
