Good markers
Ohuhu markers have a good reputation for a good reason -- they do a good job and are reliable. This skin-tone set keeps up the reputation. The range of colors is sufficient and easily blendable. Very good value for the price.

Excellent Addition to any Marker or Potenital Marker Artist's Collection
As a newcomer to the alcohol marker club, I got this set as a complimentary to my Ohuhu Alcohol Marker 48 Marker set I bought earlier this year. Even though, I'm a beginner to this medium, I find these skin tone markers very easy to use. They dry quickly, are easy to blend, and the brush tip allows for fine details. There is a nice variety of shades and colors but I would recommend swatching the colors beforehand as some colors are more saturated than the color on the cap. For the price and quality, I would highly recommend this set to anyone who wants to start their Alcohol Marker Journey.

great!
overall a decent range of colors, i will say some are a bit off, lol (for example “sandstone” and “sunset orange” are very much oranges and “light salmon” is a hot pink) - make sure to swatch each color as they don’t match their caps for the most part - learned this the hard way, haha. also, some are MUCH more potent than others and will bleed, just fyi. beautiful colors though! i bought this pack as a complementary pack to the “sweetness” pastel pack and think it’s a great combination if you’re looking for a couple packs to start with! i love using these with the cocowyo coloring books, super easy to use, amazing quality, blend well & very addicting to color with, haha. i attached my color key for reference!

Good markers with thoughtful package design
I didn't want to shell out a bunch of money for expensive Copics with limited color selection. I just tried these out last night (see flesh tones in my artwork and the reference photo I used). These are really good markers for the price. Easy to use, and the brush end especially feels intuitive in the hand. I only used the brush for this photo. I really like that Ohuhu includes a little 8.5" x 6" plastic protector to put behind paper to reduce bleeding onto the next page in a sketchbook. I was tearing through my house looking for something thin and light to prevent bleed through and was pleasantly surprised to see that this already in the bag, which I was not expecting and is very convenient. As other reviews have shown, there's also a little swatch card (I'd recommend still swatching colors on the paper you are using because they show up differently depending on paper material/thickness/etc.). I took one star off because the light and dark colors aren't as varied as the mid-tones. I had to swatch and blend practice combinations to find what I liked for the lighter and darker tones or layered the same color several times to build more subtle light shadows, and had to be extra careful when using dark tones for more intense shadows. That was a little annoying because it uses up valuable paper space in the back of my journal, but it's not really that big of a deal when the markers are only $30 and still good quality. There is also not much pink/peach colors for a blush selection, which is probably what bothered me most since having some blush colors brings more vibrancy/life when coloring people. The only blush tones are more like 2 dusty rose and 2 vibrant peach colors. I was hoping there would be at least one very light subtle pink color, but there wasn't any so I had to make due. I also wish the plastic paper protector was a little larger to cover more area but that's barely a valid complaint since it's a complementary addition to the product anyway. Plus if it was too large, then it would likely fall out of smaller sketchbooks so it's probably a moot point. I mainly use a 12" x 9" Strathmore mixed media visual journal for my art so I had to move it around and re-tape it every so often when coloring in different areas. The markers blend well and dry pretty quickly imo. All in all, this is a great value, the markers feel really good in the hand, the packaging/marker bag stands upright which is convenient and keeps everything organized and easy to find when sitting them up on a table, and the little bonus paper protector is a nice touch. Will be recommending to other artist friends and I would buy again in the future.

Love, love, love
I’m new to alcohol markers. Sorry about the messed up proportions on the art work, I was primarily practicing blending. I had gotten a cheap set of alcohol markers at Sam’s club and the first time I used them I couldn’t believe I hadn’t tried them sooner. I quickly realized though that I needed a brush tip. After watching a comparison video between these and Copics, I went shopping on Amazon. I can’t get over how well these work and blend. They also accept gel pens very well for the highlights. The more I work with them the more I love them. This drawing uses this set and another color set. I haven’t tried drawing and coloring in people yet, however the colors in this set are great for doing horses. There’s a wide range of shades and hues. Like I mentioned earlier, alcohol markers are new to me, yet this set really helps me learn blending and layering techniques. Hands down one of the best art investments I have made.

Good for coloring people
They were good. I just hope they don’t dry up as quick as the last batch I got. Some of the colors are great if you are coloring people.

Ohuhu Never Disappoints Me!
I’ll just say it: I prefer my Ohuhu markers to my Copic ones. First reason? The price point. Ohuhu is a fantastic value for amazing quality markers. Second reason? Longevity. I have a set of Ohuhu markers that my boyfriend purchased for me nearly 3 years ago. So far, only two have dried out on me and this was due to HEAVY usage of those particular colors. Other markers of various brands have lasted me… Maybe 4 months, tops. Third reason? The vibrancy. Ohuhu has some of the most vibrant colors on paper that I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing! Whether you’re a beginner, a hobby artist, or a professional, these markers are usable by all!

Très bon marqueurs à alcool. Une carte pour faire son nuancier est livrée avec, ainsi qu’une feuille plastifiée pour protéger le dessin en dessous si on fait du coloriage. Hyper pratique !
