Where can I get the little pillow for this set

I got two pintuck duvet covers. One set had a bed sheet and a cushion cover. The one pictured didn't come with an option for cushions. The other one was by Fintex pinch pleat duvet, fitted sheet, pillow cases and cushion cover. They do it in charcoal, duck egg, silver and duck egg. Both have washed well. Hope this helps
