There was an issue but I let the company know and they fixed it. Restuarant quality steamers and high quality reusable liners will save you money on disposable ones/reusable ones that can't be washed well. Highly recommend great product and great company service 👍

Perfect for steaming veggies and making boa buns.

I you use this a lot it will last a long time. It takes a long time to come from CN but well worth the wait. With the prior bamboo steamers they are roughly the same price but fall apart in a few months. After a few months use this looks as it did on day one. Steam is not good for wood but this steamer is the exception.

Bottom part of steamer broke after only 30 days. Very poor quality.

Bamboo steamer is essential for my healthy cooking.I have tried a few different brand. Some brand only last for a month, then completely falling apart.This one seems a bit pricing, but is sturdy and well made. I have been using it every single day for my steamed vegetables since this April. I love it!I believe it will sit in my kitchen for a very long time.

Love the baskets!Shipping comes from China and takes a VERY long time. I purchased 3 tiers and only received 2. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive, and sent out a 3rd tier, but it took a very long time to arrive.However, these are well made and worth the wait!

This is a great steamer. The weaving is very hi quality and I especially like the metal band around the top for better stacking. We have been making Chinese dumplings and these are the perfect size and they fit right in top of our pan that we boil the water in with these setting on top. The steam goes through each tier exactly the same. We purchased the paper that sets inside of the basket. We couldn't be happier. Just be sure to let the completely dry or air out before storing or they may get moldy or mildew.

Wir haben den Kocher im März gekauft und immer noch nicht alle Splitter entfernen können.Bisher steht das Teil bei uns nur rum und wir nehmen unseren alten Bambusdämpfer zur täglichen Gemüsezubereitung.

Meine bestellungen sind heute gekommen aber warum nur zwei stufen? Und ohne Deckel. Meine Frage: Ist die Einreichung dieses Artikels zweigeteilt?
