The only downside is that the “funnel” was so small the hole would clogged very easily. Had to create my own. The funnel should have been taller and wider. Created a mess just trying to pour ashes in. Luckily I didn’t over a box with paper towels. The funnel would fall out unless I used the metal stick it came with to drop it down into the hole and that held it somewhat in place. Definitely requires two people since all the parts were wobbly and small.

I got this necklace so I can carry my mom with me everyday. It’s perfect. It’s Light weight and great for everyday wear. I’ve only had a few weeks so if something happens I’ll update review but so far I’m very happy.

I bought this urn charm for my daughter, to carry her father's ashes. This urn charm is beautiful, still dainty enough to wear, and sturdy enough to not worry about losing or breaking. Solid piece of jewelry but the inscription was a bit small

My granddaughters friend passed away and she ask me to see if I could find a necklace to put some of his ashes. I found the heart that came very quickly and she had some ashes put into it. I person at the mortuary put some into the heart and sealed it. She called me today and told me the ring that holds the chain broke. I have asked for a replacement, but I don't know about that considering his ashes are sealed into the heart. I have requested a replacement and possibly she can transfer the ashes.
