For the price this has been the best lunch container I have found. The storage capacity is large enough for two people making it ideal for a picnic lunch. It has not leaked at all and I have had liquid type foods such as melon and fruit in it. It is surprisingly compact and fits together well. My only complaint is that the bottom level does not stack on the other levels. The trays stack and fit together with the top edge flared and the bottom edge tapered to fit inside the lower tray. The problem is the bottom tray is not tapered on the bottom so if you are eating in the car you can't have a single stack of trays. I've been using this for work for nearly 1 week now and I'm loving it! Such a clever lunch box, 2 separate layers and another little lid on top where you keep your cutlery, it's so well thought out! I especially love that I can make little compartments to keep my fruits and vegetables apart. So I keep my pasta in one layer, and my snacks in the other, then the stretchy straps keep it all together tight and secure. The carrier also has a thermal lining inside so it keeps your lunch nice and cool and fresh! Very nice and very attractive.

Rewriting this review because my first one wasn’t accepted? Are they just not accepting honest, low star reviews? Doesn’t seem right. I love the green box, it arrived faster than the pink one, it’s arrive intact (the pink one was broken in several areas). Pink one didn’t even have bubble wrap around it & every piece was apart. I ordered them together & the experiences were very different. I don’t recommend getting the pink. It also didn’t come with a spacer thing like the green.

The best way I can describe this tray for size is two pencil cases and one artist case. In the pictures I used pens for comparison along with an average long chopstick (chopsticks are too long). The container is a little small but I like the idea of bringing everything in one box. I have a hard time choosing what I want for lunch so putting a couple dishes together in one container is exactly what I was looking for. Some of these types of bento boxes include silicone baking cups for dividers. I also purchased a small variety and they fit each layer for separating foods. It definitely gives the vibes of chic and minimalism.Seals well without strain on the plastic clasps.

I love the portions of this. I put meat at the bottom, rice/Carb on the next level and/or fruit and veggie on the third level using the slidable separator. It does come with a fork and spoon you can basically connect together and to a holder so they stay together. My only gripe is that, once you filled up your Bento Box with food, there is no place for the utensils. They are now thrown about in your bag. I have to use a snack zip lock bag and place it on top in the fridge at work. Not a big deal at home but at work I found my utensils in the back of the fridge from being moved around and falling off. MOST travel food containers have a location sunken in on the lid and all you do is lift them out. I think the designers should consider this for their next upgrade. Life is a matter of convenience or they wouldn't have created this great product.

After rewriting my review. My a husband does like it. It has alot of space...3 levels for slot of food. I cut his sandwich in half to for nicely in level one. Level two I pack grapes and cheese using divider. 3 rd level I put his dessert. A table talk pie. Cut in half to fit.

The top two containers are REALLY shallow, and the ridges for the divider to grip to make it tricky to clean those compartments of wet foods. But it only gets one star knocked off because with the bottom compartment, it holds enough for a modest lunch main dish, and microwave/dishwasher safe is a huge plus. Still looking for my perfect bento but it'll suffice in the meantime

I received a completely different item, the bento box advertised has the word lunch on it. And it showcases slim small silverware with narrow ends that look like chopsticks. I’m disappointed this is not at all what I received. I would like a replacement for the item I actually ordered.

The media could not be loaded.  its really disappointing to know that the clip of the lid has chipped,i honestly only used it 2 times since i got it,it wasn’t banged,hand wash only,I was always excited to use it to prepare food,i thought it would be such a nice and sturdy lunch box. Very poor quality😢
