I ordered this for my daughter-in-law because she didn’t have one & I always use mine for separating eggs to make chocolate pies! Makes life much easier!

I love this separator. I had one that I used for quick baking sessions, but after many years it broke. This separator is its replacement. The size is small in size so as to not to take up too much room in the utensil drawer. The appearance is fine and the handle is perfectly placed to get the job done. The separator is made from a thick heavy plastic that manages to separate the yolk from the white without breaking the yolk. I ordered two as a replacement and am so happy that I did. I highly recommend this item and use it often.

Perfect. It’s the classic foolproof design. I know the pros just use their fingers but that makes me nauseous. Nice little gadget at a nice little price.

My new egg separator is perfect for me. It's wide where the egg actually separates, so extra large or bigger eggs will work well. Love that it's made of durable, dishwasher safe, hard plastic.

This plastic item is very thick. Works well. As with any separator, the whites can stick to the yolk, so continued tilting and rocking may be necessary to get the whites through the side holes. Item comes in a sealed cardboard packaging.

Amazing how difficult it was to find an egg separator. I've had mine for years, but my friend couldn't find one. Makes for a great inexpensive gift.
