Great back support brace
I have chronic back pain from an accident 3 years ago.. i switch back braces every week or so to not have my back tire.. this is a great brace. Its easy to use and provides plenty of support. The only complaint is it is a little itchy.. i wear my back brace under my shirts as im self conscious. Overall great product.

Well everyone the first time I wore this I felt great and continued to feel great when wearing it. Until the velcro quit holding completely. After 2 weeks! I would not recommend this to a friend. In fact I'd advise against.

Overall, I like this back brace.Visit the Shock Doctor website for sizing.I am 5' 11" and 196 pounds. I measure 35 inches around the belly when relaxed. I ordered the "small/medium" size.This brace fits me and provides comfortable support. I wear this brace at the tightest position to which it can possibly stretch.I want to have as much compression as I can find. If I would purchase this again, I would buy an even smaller size so I can get even more compression.
