Workout great

I purchased this to provide a more distributed water flow solution. It allows me to have the canister at full power without creating a stressful environment for the aquarium. I recommend using it for your aquarium

It could definitely be built a little better. The middle connection is tight but kind of leaves it looking a little crooked. I feel like the space between connections and holes is a bit far apart when using both pieces as well, that's more cosmetic though than functionality. I have it up above the water line, I quite enjoy the "waterfall" noise, it's relaxing for me, others might not enjoy that so leaving it at water level would be best for those people. It's pretty easy to assemble but the way it fits, the connection to the filter hose has to be twisted slightly or it won't stay in the suction cup brackets, it took a bit of playing with it to figure that out. Though I feel almost $20 was a bit excessive for this, just a few pieces of plastic with holes and especially since nothing was in packaging inside the box, it was all loose and dusty. The connection for the filter hose and fitting for the spray bar in my opinion should be made a little wider, the grommets for the filter hose and attachment touch which also makes it hard to align it properly. But overall, I'm mostly satisfied with it. I also had added pothos to the tank, which was just in a breeder basket until I had the idea to use the spray bar to run them along the back. So here's an idea for adding plants to your tank. I deported the Marble Queen and Neon Pothos, rinsed the roots really well and gently worked them back behind the spray bar, the roots are the only thing you really want touching the water, it's ok if part of the roots are above the water.

I’m impressed with my purchase. For the price, I’m extremely happy with the product. It’s a great value and a single bar for great. I plant to modify the secondary bar to fit in my tank as well, slowing the flow even more! It’s not noisy at all and fit my 36g bowfront well. Good quality and easy to clean!

My big global filter made my tank a whirlpool and this bar spread the flow out to a gentle current. Perfect solution.

It’s pretty simple and cheap, but works great! I have Fluval canister filters, and the full flow setting felt like a category 5 hurricane blowing through in my tanks. I can now run my filters on full blast without stressing out the fish, and still have the benefit of increased filtration. I initially purchased one to try it out, but ended up buying another one for my second tank. It can also be cut fit smaller tanks like the one in my video, and I have no issues with it leaking or anything. Just be mindful of where the end cap is when you are cutting the pipe.

I only needed one bar for a 29 tall, has greatly increased the health of my tank with much needed water flow. 10/10 would get another. Beware they don't come packaged well from the company as everything just rattles around in the box. Less plastic and waste so I guess we make due. It is very easy to adjust flow on the canister. My only wish is I noticed older models have a really nice thick rubber cap for the end that no longer comes on the new models. These ones have a foggy basic plastic cap that seals just inside the tube which doesn't seem nearly as strong. Otherwise, great investment.

Great for taming the outflow from the filter. Easily spreads the water over many small ports. No longer get fish caught in a strong stream. Lost an Angel that got trapped between a rock an the untamed stream which prompted me to add this to the outflow.

The Fluval Spray Bar Kit for the 07 External Filters is a brilliant addition to the setup. It spreads the water flow much more evenly across the tank and helps improve surface agitation without creating a strong current. Easy to install, good quality, and perfect for planted tanks or fish that prefer gentler flow. Definitely worth adding to a Fluval filter setup
