I'm not sure about your question. I have been using this Baxter grooming cream for a year. I apply it after a shower when I towel hand-dried my hair. It's not thick or sticky and very receptive for my needs. I massage in my hair and its remains until my next shower. Works for me.

If you are asking "Would I recommend Baxter hairdressing products?" I certainly would. While I have not used the "Slick", the ones I have used have been excellent. They have provided light hold without being greasy or heavy. I hope this helps.
