Versatile when working with computers with different USB connectors.
Convenient USB Drive that can support both USB A and USB C connections. Seems reasonably fast for what the product is, big enough to put a small label on for identification. Seems reliable 6 months into using it.

Fast, Small, OTG, Keychain, 32GB, Cool running, USB 3.1 Flash Drive
- Fast: I downloaded the latest CrystalMarkDisk 7.0.0 x64 from the CrystalMark.info web site. I tested the 32GB drive as it came out of the packaging, which comes formatted FAT32. As you can see from the numbers, it clocks average of 5 1GB reads at 155.18MB/sec. That's as fast as you will get from a mechanical hard drive. Writes are 46.77. That is good for a flash drive. - Small: It is almost exactly the size of a AAA battery (triple) except it is thinner. It will be smaller than a normal house key and way smaller than a car key. It's only the length of the USB-C metal end longer than my Kingston 8GB that I have had for years and has been through the war. - OTG: The biggest drawback of my Kingston is no USB-C, which means I need to have an OTG cable available to share it with my phone or someone with a MAC. I plugged it in and it was instantly recognized by my Note 9. - Keychain: I was concerned that the slot might not be large enough for the coupler of my keychain to slide through. There was plenty of room for it and plenty loose on the cable. - 32GB: Looking at benchmarks around the web, I detected a pattern between capacity and speed of USB Flash drives of the same base model, depending on the technology they use. Sometimes the larger capacity ones are faster and sometimes the lower capacity ones are faster. With the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Type-C Flash Drive - SDDDC3 and its close sibling SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive USB Type-C - USB-C, USB 3.1 - SDDDC2, the pattern appears to be the-smaller-the-faster. My test confirms that as well. Bigger is not better for other reasons as well. 32GB is the largest you can go and use the FAT32 format. The FAT32 format can be read by pretty much anything. Also, if you want it to be bootable, FAT32 can be used to boot computers set up secure boot and UEFI and BIOS, without reconfiguring the computer and losing visibility to the computer's hard drive. If you see yourself using it for all of these things, then FAT32 and 32GB max is the only way you can do all of these things from a single USB drive. You will hear people say that with Windows 10, you can partition it and have a FAT32 partition. That's true, but then only Windows 10 and UEFI can read it, and if you use it to boot with, it will be astoundingly slow, and that's the case even if you make a 32GB FAT32 partition on lightning speed SSD, let along a flash drive. - Temperature: People talk about heat, but I checked it with my heat gun which is very accurate. It went from 71F to 72F and back down to 71F. Then I noticed that the closer to the laptop I measured the warmer. I discovered the port area on the laptop was 77F, so I don't know if it heats up measurably at all. - Durability: The jury is still out as to how well it will hold up on my key chain. My metal Kingston has a nasty dent in the NARROW side on the corner, which would had to have taken quite a hit somehow to produce. There seems to be enough plastic where the key chain goes through the holder. The flash drive swivel could be a failure point, however the natural tendency would be for it to streamline within the holder. The area of most concern is the rectangle plug-in of the USB-A end, which is like a vinyl plastic, unlike the metal USB-C end. However, as of this update on 7 weeks later, it's holding up just fine.

SanDisk is excellent quality. Maybe the best.
I ordered this compact size thinking it would be really handy. But after using it and seeing just how small it really is, unless it is kept on a keychain, which I don't want to do, the small size makes it very easy to get lost - not a good thing if you have important files stored on the drive. I think this small drive is best used for transferring files from home to work and back, rather than to use it as a permanent backup. Then it would make sense to keep it on a key chain for travelling. The smaller-than-I-wanted size was my mistake. But I have to give five stars for the quality and the USB-C compatibility and the amount of storage space in such a compact size. It also has dual connectivity. The exposed plug is a USB-C connector. If the hinged cover is flipped around, the other end is a USB-A connector. I can use it on my phone and laptop without any adapters. Pretty Cool!

Versatile and Fast, but Not Without Flaws
I’ve been using the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go 32GB for a few months now, and I can confidently say that it has become a key part of my tech toolkit. What really stands out about this drive is how practical and versatile it is, especially for someone like me who regularly switches between different devices and systems. The dual USB Type-C and Type-A connectors are a game changer. I use it daily to transfer files between my Android phone, my laptop, and occasionally a desktop at work. No need for adapters or extra cables, and it easily snaps into my devices. The swivel design is an underrated feature—it protects the connectors from dust and damage, and I don’t have to worry about losing any caps. Speed-wise, I’ve had a solid experience. On newer devices, like my laptop with a USB 3.1 port, I’ve gotten read speeds up to 150MB/s, which is fast enough for my needs. I transferred large video files (over 10GB) in minutes, and it was quick and smooth. However, on older USB 2.0 ports, the speeds are understandably slower, but still very reliable. The flexibility in connectivity between old and new devices is one of my favorite features. I also tested the SanDisk Memory Zone app for automatic backups. It’s especially useful for my Android phone, which is constantly running out of space due to all the photos and videos. The app made it super easy to back up my files—no complicated steps, just plug it in, and it does the work. Plus, it can even clean up WhatsApp clutter, which is a bonus feature I didn’t know I needed. Being lightweight and compact, it fits on my keychain without adding bulk. I’ve dropped it a few times, but thanks to the swivel cover, the connectors are still in perfect condition. The matte finish is decent, but it does pick up fingerprints over time, although it’s not a major issue for me. For someone like me who constantly switches between devices and needs a quick, reliable solution for file transfers and backups, the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go 32GB hits all the marks. The convenience, fast speeds on modern systems, and dual connectors make it a must-have. My only minor gripe would be the performance drop on older systems, but for what it offers, this is easily overlooked.

Highly Recommend, Still Working after 3.5 Years of Use
I have this flash drive on my keychain because my work uses a lot of machines that are older and either only have USB-A ports or are connected to PCs which only have USB-A ports. My own work computer is a newer mac that has all USB-C ports. I create templates, patterns, and designs on my computer that then need to be put on those other machines so I can complete my project, whether that be 3d printing a design I made or laser engraving a name on metal, etc. Since this flash drive can be inserted in from either USB port, C or A, I can add the content to it from my computer using the USB-C side and then take it out and insert the USB-A side into the machines and download the items I made. On average, I would say I insert and remove it around 20 times per week and have been doing that for around 3.5 years since I got it with no issues during that time. Nothing has come loose or stopped working, which is unique because every other one I have tried has had one USB port or the other come out of it's slot with all the constant use! Amazing product and still works as good as new! Highly Recommend

The Hummingbird of USB Drives
Small compact size for both C and A style USB ports so you can easily transfer files from phones and tables to laptops and desktops. It is so fast, you can easily run Linux Mint from this USB drive. Good value for money, supports all major formats, and provides the best connectivity for all your devices. No data loss. However, don't step on it. Durability might be lacking as it does seem to be made of cheap plastic.

Sleek and handy
This Flash drive has really changed my life. I’ll never forget the day I stood in target staring at the wall of flash drives at target there were so many options 32gb, 64, blue, black, orange, but then a problem popped into my head. As a graduation gift I got the MacBook pro a great computer that I love but one of the downsides is that it only has three ports two USB-c and one headphone jack, as I looked at this wall of flash drives I noticed they only had two USB-c options and I thought this will do. I went ahead with the purchase and everything was fine but one night as I was trying to sleep I thought to myself there are a lot of computers in this world and almost all have USB type A your typical USB port and I thought I wonder if there is a flash drive that has both types of USB on one stick. Sure enough the SanDisk 32GB Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Type-C Flash Drive popped up. I knew I had to immediately buy it and I did and the next day I went to target and returned the other stick I bought. The flash drive is no bigger than a triple A battery and has a loop to attach it to your keys which I have done the two sides rotate freely and make a great fidget toy when you’re nervous, the flash drive is 32GB which to me Is impressive given its size it’s also fast and easy to use. I use both ends of this flash drive at least twice a week and it is amazing it can go straight from the old printer at my school and right into my new computer highly recommend.

Much smaller than it seems
It's a great 2 in 1 USB. Looking at the pictures I thought it would be regular size but it's much smaller. It's tiny really which can be a boon but also a pain as it easily gets lost in a pocket. Works great for me - on Mac, Windows and Android phones. Comes with software to facilitate backing up media on your phone. You know these "photo sticks" that some enterprising companies sell for 40 quid at Christmas time? Well, this does the same at a fraction of the cost.
