The Power Pad slides onto the back of the Wrist Trainer to increase the resistive force of your paddle. It also trains the Early Vertical Forearm by preventing wrist break and adding force to the wrist and forearm. When combined with the Glide or Touch Paddles, this pad will give you as much stroke force as any paddle. Do not use with the Precision or Precise paddles. Ideal for men, women, and swimmers 15+ years old.
