Ok so... legs avenue, even their plus sizes, have never particularly been my best friend when it comes to costumes. I'm 5'7, weigh about 260, 44DDD chest and I'm an evenly fluffy hour glass figure. On average, I usually purchase 2x clothes unless they say they run a little big. With LA usually running small on me, I was tempted to get the 3x/4x size. I am super glad I did not. Lol It seems to fit a little loosely for a 1x/2x. The torso part is long on me and I would say my torso is a little longer than normal but not enough to classify it as a long torso. However, I'm going to do the fold over trick another lady recommended and call it a day. My arms are fluffier than I'd like and this fits them really well.. my arms are always my problem area so yay! This outfit is super cute and comfortable and I actually feel cute in it. My zipper doesn't want to stay up when the fabric pulls, but adding a hook and eye will fix the problem. I caught it on sale so all in all, extremely happy with my purchase and ready for Octoberfest and Halloween! Would not recommend the lega avenue plus thigh highs. They are as snug and small as I remember and not to my taste. Some of the local plus size stores have a good selection but I thought I'd give them a try first. Lol (thigh highs have to be ordered separately, not included nor is underskirt)

I'm a 38DD with a small waist and big hips/butt, so I figured this year I'd have to be careful and get a 1X in my costume, as almost all Halloween costumes run small. I got this right on time (I'm super happy it was Prime eligible) and it fits like a glove. It's easy to put on, zips up smooth and quickly up in the back. There is a tie for the girdle and for the apron, neither of which make the costume a whole lot tighter. As long as you get a good size, the elastic in the arms is barely an issue. Also, the dress is long enough to where you don't have to wear tights like the model is (or if you are worried about everyone seeing your booty) but I did buy some to go with it, just in case it looks better. The material on the stomach is slightly scratchy, but it will only bother you if you think about it, and even then, it's not a big deal. This costume is so much cuter in person, and fits like a glove, which is something I rarely say. I love it, and will wear it on Halloween and when I go to the annual German festival where I live :) Everything was accurate and done just right. I'm a very satisfied costumer~ Ich liebe dieses Kleid, viel dank!

This was a great outfit for Oktoberfest! Is stretchable fabric and the colors were vivid. It was great elastic and not too big of a size. It’s a bit short in the back if you have wide hips or a plumper behind lol. It looked great though! One down side was the white shirt material. It made me perspire too much and it does leave you with a weird scent. But if you’re in a well ventilated area, you shouldn’t have a problem. I got compliments all night.

I bought this like 5 or so years ago and never wrote a review. When I bought this, I had gained a LOT of weight from pregnancy and the following post partum depression. So I was HUGE! It fit great and looked great the first year I wore it. The I was a broke single mom 2 or 3 years later when I put it on again and realized that I had done great with weight loss in between uses (280lb to 189lb). The second use it was too big and didn't hold well on my body. I'm 5' 8" BTW. If it wasn't in my storage unit about 1,200 miles north of where I currently live, I'd use it this year since I gained weight again (depression is grand, eh!). TL;DR: This costume is true to size and lasts through the years. You can put it in the washer but I wouldn't suggest using the dryer on it. It is soft and comfortable.

Was not the same costume that was in the original picture. They do not show the actual plus size costume other than a small thumb nail. Every time you click on it to see it brings you to the standard one. Does not come with socks and is not poufy in the skirt area like depicted. It is more frumpy. The costume itself is made well and will seem to last. I was in between sizes so went back to the standard sizing as it is a much cuter costume.

It's super cute and I love how it fits on me. I got this for cosplay purposes, because surprisingly a character I wanted to dress as wears literally this costume and hey, might as well snag it for the price. It's a decent price, cheap material yes but I was expecting that, especially for how little I paid for it (compared to Halloween stores when the holiday swings around and it's 2-3 times the price I got it for here). I'll probably need a little petticoat underneath to make the skirt floof better, but I think it's really adorable. The brown halter strap does feel a little weird and fits around my bust strangely, but I think it's because I'm large-busted and any halters would be like that when it's beginning from under the bust line.

I'm a size 18/20 and the 3x fit me like a glove. The corset in the front is adjustable, to provide a little more wiggle room if you need/want it. The "apron" bit ties around back. You will need to get the wrinkles out of this (I did 10-15 minutes, low heat, on GENTLE setting in the dryer. DO NOT IRON THIS. A LOT OF HEAT WILL RUIN IT!!) One thing that no one seemed to mention in reviews I've read - the brown straps that go up on either side of your breasts, tie behind your neck. I really, REALLY did not like that. It made it very uncomfortable, and made it look very tacky (especially when wearing your hair in pigtails, or braids). What I wound up doing was pulling the straps up, and just tucking them inside the cleavage area of the dress. It looked very nice, and I didn't have the tackiness of the big bow on the back of my neck (or the discomfort!) The top isn't very sheer, but I would recommend a white or nude colored bra, because darker colors will show through. My nude, strapless bra worked perfectly. If you're a bigger chested girl, like me, prepare to have your girls shown off! I also wore a petticoat underneath, and some knee-high stockings. I'm 5'10" and this skirt practically went to my knees (which is both good and bad, depending on how you look at it!) This costume overall gets 9/10 stars from me. I was the only person with a costume even similar to this one - and got compliments all night!
