While rehabbing a shoulder injury my Dr's office's physical therapy location had this exact unit on their wall. I loved all the routines I could do using it so found it on Amazon. It makes it so much easier to continue rehabbing at home. I was impressed with packaging. I have had electronics and light bulbs that weren't as nicely packaged as this is. Simple to mount. Find a stud and drill. Worked perfectly. Up on wall in minutes. Can't say enough. It's fun to use and incredibly useful.

Needed something that allowed me to use my resistance bands at different heights and angles and this fits the bill perfectly. Each piece is anchored to the the wall with 10 screws, so it feels very sturdy (hopefully it's obvious, but you need to anchor to the center of a wall stud). A couple things I'll note: 1. The "skinny" side goes against the wall. Intuitively, you think the wider part does, but slide the car onto the track and it becomes obvious. 2. If you follow the directions, the first and last holes on each track are meant to have a rubber safety washer that prevents the cars from sliding off the track in each direction. So, once you put the first screw in with the washer (thread the screw through the washer BEFORE fastening), you will have to slide the car onto the track from the opposite end before you install the final screw + washer at the opposite end of the track. 3. The rubber washers do feel like they "steal" a car position on each end of the track. If you push hard enough, you can get it to lock in the position closest to the washer, but if I were to do it again, I would consider the second highest/lowest position on each track as the actual highest/lowest. 4. There is a URL in the instructions for an install video, but I followed it and it says "coming soon". That said, if you just follow that to their website, browse to this product or similar, there is an install video that was helpful. 5. I think you could theoretically install the cars in either direction and they would work since the loop is 75% closed, but I went with the opening facing up on the upper track and the opening facing down on the lower track. 6. I got the version without the bands since I already had a set, so I cannot comment on the quality of those. All-in-all, very happy with my purchase! Hopefully it stands the test of time!

This has made resistance training 100% more convenient. I can't imagine going back to the clumsy, slow door method. We installed these easily in a wood stud in the basement. No problems there. The hooks slide up and down smoothly and lock in firmly. I've never had a band slip out. I highly recommend these hooks if you do a lot of resistance band training.

I set mine up in bedroom. Takes up no space. Secures to wall tight and it is versatile. I got the package with two rails. Good strength and design. Value for money? Was for me.
