Delicious! Exactly as advertised.
Kamut is a type of WHEAT. Yupik makes NO claims this is gluten free. It is however, wonderful for anyone w. sensitivity to oats. ☺ Love their rolled Barley (not gluten free) and quinoa flakes (gluten free) for making granola!! Fresh, good quality flakes. Delicious as cooked cereal or added to baked goods (although, granola is still our favorite!) ♥ Find Yupik brand to be consistently fresh/ quality products at fairly reasonable prices. I've purchased several types of flakes, grains, seeds (quinoa, sesame) Very Happy with everything.

Good for muesli
I used this to make muesli with oats and nuts. It added a good chewy texture and nice taste.

Great spelt flakes, error on nutrition label
Great spelt flakes. Just note there is an error on the nutrition facts. The serving size should be listed as 1/4th cup, not 1/8th. 1/4 of a cup weighs 30 g not 1/8.

Natural hydrating Baobab with a lot of benefits
It’s high quality natural organic Baobab powder, but couldn’t make the same drink I tried at the Senegali restaurant, this one had an earthy aftertaste, the other one was slightly sour. Maybe I am missing something. It’s great drink though, loved it.
