These are exactly as advertised. Bought a set to hang up a Henry Rifle and ended up wanting them on all my hanging rifles. Adds a look of quality and class. The brass really shines ands when light hits it they have this sparkle that brings positive attention to the hanging fireams. Easy to use. It comes with a template to help hang that I thoughts was not needed. Simply Screw one on wall, put firearm level on the one and then mark the second. very easy to use and proves a great look for anyone looking to display a firearm on the wall.

Bought these for a project I had in mind. And these fit the bill and the look I was wanting in a wall mount. There are several things I like about these, as they have a felt liner to prevent scratching which is good if your item has wood that you do not want marred up. These do come with a set of screws for securing to the wall or a board. I choose a weather worn 1x12, for my project, which brings me to what I dislike about this item. These have a bright brass finish, and has no option for other finishes like aged brass or iron. The price is good, and the construction is sturdy, over all I will buy them again but may try to give them a more aged look.

Love these rifle mounts. Good quality, fits well on rifle stock and adds class to my entire piece mounted over my fireplace. Highly recommend for good looking finished detail work. Mick

These hangers work ok for their intended purpose and look pretty good. There are two main reasons I don't give this product 5 stars: 1) The screw holes for the hangers aren't effectively placed. The purpose of the product is to hold a relatively heavy rifle, but the positioning of the screw holes are such that you can't attach both sides to studs, which limit their practicality in my opinion. They seem to work well enough, but I would've preferred to have fully enclosed screw holes in the hangers, for peace of mind. 2) The hangers didn't protrude far enough off of the wall to support my scoped rifle without having the scope lean against the wall. I solved both of the above problems by nailing a wooden board into the wall studs, then screwing these hangars on top of the board (placing them high enough so there would be no board behind the scope). Without the additional board, I would not have used these hangers.

I am very pleased with these hangers - they work perfectly for my Rossi 92 lever gun, and I just ordered a second set for a Ruger 1022. The brackets are well made, good looking, and very sturdy. As you can see from the picture, they are shaped differently, one being shallow and fairly wide, and the other being narrow and deep. This difference allows you to fit different styles of guns by choosing which one to use on the butt-stock and which to use on the fore-end. For both of my guns, the narrow bracket fits best on the rear stock about half way back. The lever gun fore-end fits the wide bracket perfectly, and while the Ruger has a much fatter fore-end, it still works well.

Looks great and sturdy

Just as advertised. Bought to sets and used them both. Be sure to decide how the mounts will fit your rifle. There is a wide and a narrow. Recommend you cut a flat business card size piece of plastic out of the clear package, draw an oversized + centered on it with a sharpie and a square straight edge. Punch two holes with an awl on the horizontal line, using the paper templet from package or the actual mount to mark the required hole placement. Use that see thru clear plastic templet to lay out and mark where the screws holes will be placed. A torpedo level held on this + will give you true plumb or level. Predrill with under size bit for screws. Go slow and set the screw, back it out and creep up on tightness. The brass screws are soft and will distort or break if over torqued. The extra work making the see thru templet allows you to see when the holes to be marked on your wall are level and centered on studs, etc. Good luck and enjoy the mounted rifle,

High quality brackets! They worked wonderfully replacing some ugly hooks that came with some gun display boxes I was using. Things to note (that I found out the hard way) -The 2 brackets are DIFFERENT -- one is narrow and deep, the other is shallow and wide. I would imagine this is because many guns have a thick forearm and are narrower behind the trigger. However, for my case, 2 of the narrow ones fit my mounting spots perfectly (so I just ordered 2 sets and used the narrow brackets - The included screws are wood screws. You are supposed to put them thru the notched edges of the brackets and screw them into the wall studs. Again, for my case this would not work (mounting them inside a display case.) Thankfully, the brackets each have 2 pre-drilled and tapped screw holes in the back. You will want to find #10 - 32 screws to fit the holes (none are supplied). I used a fender washer under the screw heads to help prevent it from pulling thru the thin display case backing.

I bought these to put on a live edge board to display a rifle. They’re very good quality and look great hanging on the wall!

とてもかっこよくて気にいってます。 私はマルゼンM870を飾るのに使いましたが アウターバレル部分ではなくハンドガード部分に引っ掛けれるだけの幅があるので 銃への負担も気にならず最高です。 ただ銃をかける部分の緩衝材の糊付けが 甘いので再度糊付けしてあげるといいかも。 お店側の対応も非常によくリピーターになります。

Very disappointed to find on arrival the Allen Brass Gun Hangers, are not Brass!! as others I have had from other companies. They are in fact a cast alloy with a brass colour, only found this out as the screw locating lugs wouldn’t fit the screws so had to file these bigger to except the screws, at this point I found out they are alloy of some type. Very disappointed. Feeling let down by the company and conned by the false claims / advertising! 😡
