UPDATE: We received the new water lines within 5 days. They were just the right length. Once installed, the tub filler had excellent pressure and filled the bathtub quickly. The product is sturdy, attractive, and a good value. I would purchase from this company again. **Make sure you assemble the provided lines in the tub filler before installation to be sure you have the right length. Customer service did an excellent job getting us the new lines we needed quickly. Call as soon as you can, so your installation isn’t held up.**The tub filler looks great- simple design. We had an issue with the supply lines being too long. I contacted customer support and they sent out new lines to us.

My Plumber and I just opened the box to our new Wowkk Tub Faucet, and all he and I can say is “wow,” what a fantastic Faucet it is: it’s extremely well made, made with high-quality materials, and superior craftsmanship and engineering, not to mention how it looks (in my newly renovated/high-end primary bathroom renovation project)! The faucet is very good quality at a surprisingly good price. Appearance is beautiful as it matches brushed nickel finish of other faucets in my bathroom. I needed different length water lines than the ones supplied. Customer service was the best I have ever experienced and they came in 4 days.

Sprayer and main faucet work great with high pressure and volume. Fills 50 gallon tub in 10 minutes. Easy to install. Beautiful Gold color.

Looks great. Can't get a sturdy mount to the floor. Wobbles a little. For the price, they are not bad.

Wow is this freestanding bathtub faucet beautiful! I have Delta faucet fixtures in my shower and this brushed gold faucet compliments perfectly. It is currently being installed, so I have not used it yet but I'm so pleased with the appearance. I can comment on the customer service of this item. I needed to reach out to them for a special hose, and the responded very quickly!! Gives me peace of mind knowing they stand behind their product!

It looks fantastic in our bathroom. The color is beautiful and it works really well. I needed longer supply lines and they were kind enough to send some out to me. Very helpful.
