I am extremely pleased with my purchase. As a diabetic type 2 I was advised to to give Holy Basil a try. Having only had them a short time it is too early to tell the results as I need about four to five weeks for them to show any results. As a vegan I needed tablets that were ethically sourced. These fit my needs and wants and came well packaged are in capsule form which are very easy to swallow. I'm a little unsure about these capsules. I previously used a different brand and they were green and smelt lovely whereas these are brown and have no smell at all. Not sure if they are any good.
