I truly NEVER write reviews—I honestly can't remember the last time I did—but I had to for this. I've struggled with stubborn dry scalp and dandruff for years. I naturally have dry skin, and unfortunately my scalp is no exception. Before finding this, I would brush my hair and it looked like it was snowing from all the flakes falling off my head. I tried countless oil treatments and scalp remedies before washing my hair, but nothing seemed to work until I came across this. I noticed a difference after the very first use, and the improvement has continued ever since. Most of my dryness is concentrated on the top of my scalp, so that's where I focus the application. After washing my hair, I apply it directly to my scalp and gently massage it in with my fingertips. I have fine, straight hair that tends to get oily fairly quickly, but this product hasn't made my hair greasy any sooner than usual. Best of all, it has eliminated probably 98% of my flakes. I typically wash my hair twice a week, and using this after each wash has been enough to keep my scalp under control. I just bought my second bottle and can't recommend it enough!

I have a rare autoimmune condition called scleroderma that results in extremely dry, tight, and sensitive skin all over. My scalp is no exception, and I’ve struggled with dandruff my whole life. Oddly enough, my scalp also produces plenty of sebum that gets trapped on the surface of my scalp since I have curly hair. I needed a product that could penetrate the skin barrier but that wouldn’t leave my hair too greasy, so here are the pros and cons of this product: Pros: -Affordable price for a quality product. -Plenty of product is in the bottle to cover the entire scalp if needed. -The product isn’t heavy or greasy while still providing plenty of moisture. -The scent is actually quite nice, but it might be a bit strong for some people. -The dropper that comes in the bottle is high-quality and doesn’t drip. -Overall very gentle on my scalp. -Excellent at dandruff removal/scalp healing. -Safe ingredients for my skin/scalp. Cons: -The scent might be too strong for certain people. -Not the best at absorbing into my scalp by itself so I have to rub the product in with my fingertips. (Of course this might be different for you since my condition might cause the issue?) -There’s a very slight redness on my scalp after use, but only after rubbing it in pretty hard and it only lasts for a short period of time. -Daily reapplication is necessary for me personally. Overall, I definitely recommend this product as it does help me a lot despite my skin sensitivity. It isn’t a magic elixir or anything grand, but it does what it says it’ll do very well.

I bought the scalp oil earlier this week. I bought it because I was having issues with large dandruff flakes and a red and itchy scalp. This is not a miracle product but I have found that it's helped me greatly. After reading the directions I decided to use twice a day until the bottle is gone and maybe get another one. I am still on the first bottle but I do not have the itchy scalp or the dandruff anymore. I will say that it does smell really good, but it tends to not dry well if you get it on your hair. And as it is oil, if you have oily hair it will make it worse. I have pretty dense curls and a dry scalp. I have been washing my hair more frequently now since using, I am worried about too much build up but, I have no issues with this product. Probably not for you if you have oily hair.

This stuff works. I used it with the matching shampoo and conditioner. I saw a difference afyer the first use. A little bit goes a long way. I highly recommend if you have dandruff and/or itchy scalp. No itching or burning, very soothing and smells good.

I have battles scalp issues for 20+ years (cycles of peeling / scabbing / scarring). I have never found a viable solution from a dermatologist and I have tried prescriptions and expensive specialized products. I added this serum to my daily treatment every night for problem areas (in addition to my Cerave anti-dandruff shampoo). The result is even better than when I was on three prescription treatments. Great value!

This is a so so product. Doesn’t really work for me.

It works great for in-between shampoos. Dealt with flakes along the hairline, as well as with itching. The only issue is the small amount of the contents.

I've been having problems with stubborn dandruff and an exceptionally painful dry scalp. Putting my hair in a ponytail felt like someone was trying to rip my hair out even with the loosest ponytail. But after using this for a few weeks, 1-2 times a day, it's better. I can put my hair in a ponytail and I feel the tension but it doesn't *hurt* anymore. I've tried many other products and home remedies over the years but so far this works the best.

Absolutely would and do recommend this product for anyone who struggles with dandruff. I noticed a visible difference after once use. And basically cleared up my dry scalp by the second use. I only need to use it every three washes.

i have been living with an itchy flaky scalp for as long as i can remember.. so I wanted this to work so badly.. but unfortunately it made my scalp extra itchy shortly after applying.. hope it works better for others. Unfortunately, it's just not for me.

I consider it a complete waste of money. It was very nice when my wife massaged it into my head but it is always nice when my wife massages my head I know it was only the first bottle but nothing!!!!
