I broke my right wrist and i'm right-handed. i also live alone. will i be able to get this on & off by myself?

I broke my left elbow, had surgery and a cast completely up to my armpit and it was also my dominant hand. Although it took some getting use to, I was able to do it myself with my right hand, getting a little easier as the days went on. Wishing you a quick recovery!!

The item has a white felt disc inside. It is not attached to the seal. I’m confused how that white circular foam works.

Not sure as to the white disc. I did not need the disc for waterproof issues. My seal on my sleeve was blue and was tight.

I just had elbow surgery to reattach tendon. Entire arm immobilized. Will this fit woman 5’3” or will it be too long? Would kids long be better?

The circumference of your upper arm is most important, to me. My daughter is short and the adult was long, BUT her upper arm is pretty thick. So we ordered the adult. It didn't matter that there waa extra length. Hope that helps!
