Medline Remedy Essentials Skin Barrier Protectant Ointment, Hypoallergenic, Fragrance-Free, 2-oz Tube (Pack of 12)

Ordered the twelve pack of 2oz tubes and only received one single tube wrapped in plastic with a sticker stating "Pack of 12" on it. Was charged for twelve, received one. Per Amazon instructions contacted Medline. Medline told me to contact Amazon. End of the day and no resolution. I cannot return the product, cannot cancel the order, so basically they 'stole' eleven tubes worth of my money. Buyer beware!--- edit: was finally able to receive a refund but at a much higher level of frustration than it needed to be. They, both Medline and Amazon, do not care at all about finding the cause of the problem it seems.

Do not use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, serious burns.” We found it to cause skin pain, even though label says: "Temporarily protects and helps relieve chapped or cracked skin. Temporarily protects minor cuts, scrapes, and burns". I cannot see any reason to use this product, just for “cracked or chapped skin”, or “prolonged exposure to moisture”.
