I started buying LimeFuel battery packs about two years ago. On paper, they sound great... 2.4A/port, 2A fast charging, nice big capacities, etc. In reality, though, the quality is quite poor. Of the 11 batteries I've had, 4 have failed.Limefuel tells you that the rated capacity isn't the actual capacity, but they won't tell you what the actual capacity is. That's misleading advertising.I received one battery DOA - there was some screw or something rattling on the inside, which posed a potential fire hazard since lithium batteries can overheat and explode if short-circuited (e.g., from a metal object inside the battery bridging two traces or wires it shouldn't). Another battery *melted* where the charger connects. Two additional batteries stopped charging completely. Also, I had one of their older batteries with a higher capacity and a flashlight, but when it failed they replaced it with a 15% lower capacity battery that did not offer a flashlight.

I purchased this a couple months ago, and then about two weeks ago it stopped taking a charge. One of the benefits of this battery pack is that it will do pass through charging. So it would still charge my devices when plugged in, but would not take a charge. But don't worry, because it comes with a 1 year warranty. I e-mailed Limefuel the issue I was having, listed my amazon order number and they wrote back and said they would send another battery pack, and to simply recycle my old one. Awesome! Now this is really good because I though I would have to send it back, they would do some testing to see if it worked or not and then let me know the results. But in two days I had the new battery backup and I was running again. I travel a lot and take one charger and plug all my devices into this one with 4 ports and it charges all my stuff up overnight.Kudos to a company willing to stand behind their product like that.

I love Limefuel batteries. They have a massive storage capacity and great value for money. The only issue is the quality sucks. I used this unit for a few days and never thought to try all 4 ports. One of the ports did not work. It was recessed and the connector did not charge as it was a little deep. It was one day out of warranty, but Amazon was great and refunded it.This is not isolated. I also purchased a LP200X. This failed after 9 months. Limefuel customer service was fantastic and arranged for it to be replaced. The replacement unit was faulty in that the % display was wildly inaccurate. They replaced that also. I also had a Blast 25X that stopped working after 1 charge that Amazon refundedSo Limefuel customer service is great, but 4 faulty devices is too many. No more Limefuel for me. Cheap for a reason.

The good: I travel a lot for work and use this battery to keep my phone charged when I am away from an outlet. It will fully charge my iphone 6 multiple times. I always have power for my needs. Only need to recharge about once a week.The Bad: After 4 months the power button no longer works. The pack still charges my iphone because it senses when I plug the usb cable in. Worse, the micro USB port for charging the battery pack appears to be pushing back into the case. Most usb cords do not have a connector long enough to reach the port. I only have one cord left that can recharge the battery pack, and it has to be wiggled just right. I fear it is only a matter of time before I will not be able to recharge the battery pack at all.

Nice because it can be charged from solar panels, hub dynamos, and other outputs less than or up to 1A. Faulty because the mini-USB charging input fails after a couple weeks, making the unit useless unless you zip tie something to the charging input cable to keep pressure on it in one direction or another. Same thing happened with the latest model L60X and the updated L200X Pro, so I suspect it is a bad design of some sort.

I have brought several limefuel chargers and not had any real problems with either the 15000 or 20000 mA chargers. Only real issues i have found with this particular charger is it only uses LEDS to say how much battery power you have left. Other chargers made by limefuel i have tell by how much percent is left. Bright side to say the least. This one has four 2.1 mA ports if i wish to recharge 4 devices at one time.

Huge capacity. Can provide power on its outputs and charge at the same time which many of the power packs on the market cannot do. Because of this you can use this as a battery backup. I use it as a battery backup for a Nestcam as part of my home security solution.

Great product, works well. The cable that comes with it sucks but if you have a 2amp charger you should use that cable instead. It will charge anything including lightning as long as you have a lightning cable. I'm not sure what the purpose of the power button is because it automatically turns on and off when you plug or unplug something in. Also works well with powering USB led lights. Mine is going strong for 2 months now under moderate to heavy use.
