Daughter is 5'7, weighs 123 lbs. Wants to wear for her Wanda costume & little red riding hood. Get a medium?

If she's looking for it to be a short cape (goes down to her back), then get a medium. If she wants something long/full cape (covers legs or to the floor) then a large or x-large.

How long is this cloak? I want to wear it for a cosplay while on my horse. I'm 5.3 Is it long enough to not look stupid?

Yes, I found it to be long and full. Good value also.

I’m 5’2 and want a floor length cape, which size would be best for me?

I'm 5'2 as well, and this cape is a little long but great!
