Works for Neato XV-21
Purchased to replace original power supply (that my dog ate) for Neato XV-21. No issues. Fits in the charging base and worked immediately. Perfect operation since I got it, 2.5 weeks ago.

This absolutely is not a replacement for the original neato charger. The first one I received did not work, so I requested a replacement which was sent promptly. However it is not compatible with the Neato either. When plugged in to the Neato you will get a flash on the screen that lasts for less than one second and then it goes blank. Warning this is not a replacement charger! I have 2 Neato units and it does not charge either of them.

Fits and works as expected
This just dropped into place inside the Neato charging station and worked. Fit and function is the same as the original unit that came with the Neato.

Replaced the original charger for our Neato! Thank goodness, as this was a much cheaper fix versus a full replacement. Worked immediately as intended.

Unit would warm up and then shut down, requiring a reset. Gave up after two days of trying to get a solid charge on vacuum. Having doubts about using Amazon for parts.

How do I return this charger & get a refund?
As you can see from the attached photo, the connection on the recharger sent was not compatible with my Neato XV21 so it does not work. How do I return it and get a refund?
