Pad Thai Sauce | Vegan & Non-GMO | Authentic Traditional Thai Recipe | 9.8 fl oz Jar (Pad Thai, 1 pack)

My wife and I have never had Pad Thai before and we wanted to give it a try at home. I purchased this sauce because it doesn't have a fish sauce ingredient. We were both impressed with how good our PAD Thai tasted with this sauce. We don't know how close to restaurant this sauce tastes, but we do know that it doesn't have fish sauce in it. It was so good that I will be ordering more.

Ultimately, I feel like this sauce has conquered a daunting task. It's gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and probably a few other types that I couldn't remember. Making a sauce that tastes good, has a good texture and covers a good amount of noodles with those restrictions is not easy. The Pad Thai sauce does differ in some of it's flavors. There is more of a tangy taste from the vinager, which is different but not unpleasant. I add minced ginger, rice vinegar, and a tablespoon of sugar or honey to mine. The Peanut Sauce from the same brand tastes very similar to an original peanut sauce. I wish the price was $5.99 vs. $7.99 at Whole Foods because I would get it more than once a month.

Good taste, needs to be thicker. I add some peanut butter and then it’s just right thickness and taste.

Excellent sauce . This is the best pad thai sauce I have found. The only think I added to it was somwepeanut butter. It's restaurant qulity.

I was a bit disappointed here. The ingredient list is great, nothing unnatural or iffy, but the taste was too sweet by half and barely spicy.

Great Pad Thai has SO MANY ingredients and the sauce is the secret. I've made my own Pad Thai sauce but this sauce is quicker and pretty tasty. You can make at least 3-4 generous portions with 1 jar. This sauce has the right amount of sweet, salty & tart & balance. It is pricey but a HUGE time saver if you love making Pad Thai at home and adding your own fresh ingredients.

This is by far the most authentic pad Thai sauce flavor that we have found premade. It tastes really great and we have been buying it for a while. BUT!! This past year when we bought it we noticed crunchy bits in the sauce. I assumed it might be the added sugar so when we bought it again I heated it thinking if it was sugar it might have to melt down a little. WRONG!! I ended up wasting another batch of this sauce. It was an unpleasant crunch every bite and I ended up tossing out another batch of Pad Thai. I reached out the manufacturer by email and asked about this hoping to understand what is going on but they never responded. I like to support small businesses but when they cannot be bothered to respond to a customer that is not a good business.

Was able to order this one time at a decent price, when I went back to get more they were double the price — No way! We love this sauce, a family favorite! But it must be reasonable value, that was absurdity 🤪
