RedLINK Internet Gateway

Works great with redlink enabled equipment. Easy install (have to press a "connect" button on your controller..so hope that's easy to get to). This was a replacement. My previous one died when I was rearranging my utility/server closet. Could have been something I did.In like the TCC software. Connects great with Alexa and Smartthings. Doesn't connect with ADT Pulse, though.I tried using Nest. But I have both a humidifier and dehumidifier. Best can't control it all. My redlink equipment can though.

Super easy to use and makes smart thermostats from not so smart ones.

I received this as a gift from my son. It was one of the easiest installs I have done for quite some time. I was very impressed with the interface with my thermostat. I get the same screens, but much easier to navigate. As my thermostat is black and white, the color provided by the iPhone app makes it even easier to use.The biggest surprise was the Alexa interface. I didn't realize it was even a possibility. Tell Alexa to set the temp to 72degrees, and viola, it is set. Ask Alexa what the temp is in the house and she responds with the temp.While I have had it installed for only two days I have not been able to test other voice commands, but I feel that most will work the way I expect.
