OK if you need the higher heating capacity
Good service, everything came really quickly, works well. If you need the higher 200W per sq metre then a good option.Few niggles though:Cables fitted to the mats probably not long enough for most installations. No problem if an electrician is fitting but if you are doing it yourself you will need to extend the cables with crimps or solder/heatshrink. I used 1.5mm lighting cable rather than match the conduit wire which I could find only if 50M reels.The thermostat works effectively but setting it and controlling it outside of the programs is very fiddly. I am seriously considering throwing it away and getting a better one with enough buttons and options. You will probably find this with most thermostats that are included in bundles though.My main gripe though is that the power connections to the mats stand a couple of mm proud. My laminate (Wickes) would not install over the top of these without coming undone. Had to chase a recess into the laminate and then everything settled in nicely. Rebating is simple if you have a router, may be more work with a chisel if you don't.

Fast heating!
very fast warming up, thin , good for laminate, excellent customer service, they called me to verify the right size for my room as they are custom made. They replied in short time to my call for technical questions. Mind the thin sheet of film enclosed is not part of the packaging, but has to be laid over the heating element as a vapor barrier, fortunately I didn't throw it when I opened the box!

So far so good, the call you to check the measures and it is easy to install. It is working in my garage floor under laminated floor. I have just got another for my bathroon.

Could be better
Easy to install warms floor nicely but does not increase the the room temperature by much using maximum permitted temperature setting only raised the room temperature by two degrees.

Great product
So far so good . I installed this heating system today. The kit included every thing that I needed apart from some cable and a surface back box. Instructions were easy to follow ,and seems to be working very well so far. I needed some heating for a converted garage.this product seems to be ideal
