They arent the best for debridement as they are not very sharp.

Though cheap, they end up being more costly as the blade is not very sharp to begin with and dulls quickly forcing one to use several for a single wound. The steel also deforms easily with any pressure making eschar debridement more difficult than it should be. As a side note, I do not find the round handle comfortable to hold. The triangular grip on other brands is by far more comfortable, a natural grip. I will go back to buying Integra Miltex curettes instead. Though a little more expensive, you definitely get what you pay for.
