I have a cameo 4 and its set at depth 3 and force 10 and it doesnt cut all the way through. What settings are you guys using?

I used these settings and it worked really well: Blade 4, Force 12, Speed 5, Passes 2. (my blade is relatively new)

It states not to use fabric softener. Is this only for first wash or life of T-shirt?

You want to prewash the fabric without softener. I then used softener for the wash 24 hrs after application and every wash after that.
