I have an elderly dog who is becoming incontinent. I purchased these to go inside his cloth wraps for extra absorbency and they work great! Can’t attest to how well they work for humans, but if you’re here from a pet blog like I was, these really are a great option for extra absorbency in pet diapers/wraps. Of course you should still remove the wrap and take your dog out to pee he/she may develop a UTI, but I highly recommend for overnight use or if you’ll be out and about for a few hours and unable to take your pup with you for potty breaks.
