This camera is well designed with an elegant plastic case and simple, easy to use controls. The video is sharp and the color balance is excellent in both natural and artificial light. The wide angle lens causes a bit of fish-eye distortion, but if you can accept that effect it is not a major problem. The way the detachable clip is mounted on the camera does not lend itself covert body-cam filming but it is fine for open recording. My one problem with the device was that the software that was in the camera as it was shipped did not behave exactly as described in the documentation. I contacted Lenofocus support and they were very responsive and helpful, sending me an update for the software. This process might be a problem for less technical users, but the update fixed the problem and I am now very happy with the camera.

I'm writing this almost a year late and when I was ordering my second camera I wondered why it had such a low rating not even four stars when my camera went through three serious bike accidents one of which broke six bones in my face but not the camera, and the dog attack after which it ended up in water for about 45 seconds fully submerged and still worked. Why would night vision or motion detection even be a metric by which it would be rated neither one of these things are things the camera claims why wouldn't durability longevity usefulness be metrics on which you would grade this camera

You have to clip it to thick clothing, to keep the camera stable.

The design with the clip and magnet is great, but I just can't get this thing to work. I tried formatting 3 different cards and set the time. But it just won't record, so I'm done with it. I'll get something different that works.

I've had no issues been using daimy for over a month works as described, I just wish the clip was able to hold on tighter

This device records in circular view instead of regular view. I am not used to this, and wasn't expecting this.
