I just had a baby and measure about 39 inches in my largest part of my waist. I feel like for that reason I should be much higher size than I purchased. I bought a large and.. although tight, I was able to get it on. I bought the LARGE in the LONGEST HEIGHT available. I'm 5 FEET, 7 INCHES in height and currently weigh a little under 170 POUNDS! I bought the vented choice with the holes with the most bones. It is slightly loose (gaps) at the top with the extension in but very tight (I bulg a little) at the bottom wear my baby weight is. Also, it should be noted that pre-pregnancy in my thinner years I was very used to wearing corsets in size 32 so that might affect how one feels in corsets. Some people posted photos of their torsos being red but I think that is common after wearing a corset that you sweat in and is tight/fitted. Good luck, I LOVE it! This is the first time I have ever worn a corset, and I am so in love with it. I looked at dozens of different corsets, read reviews and honestly did not know what I was truly looking for but I did know what I wanted it to look like after I put it on. I got EXACTLY what I wanted and more with this one I'm barely 5'1 bordering on 180lbs, curvy, and in thick in the hips and butt. However I felt like I didn't have that Coca Cola shape that I had before I got married and had 4 kids (3 of them being a C-Section). The extra extension piece came in handy the first time I wore it, although I did have to have my daughter's help to put it on. Once I was able to put it on it was very comfortable and no one could really tell I had it on. I'm going to order a 2nd one just in case, it was well worth the money

This waist trainer was comfortable and provided a lot of support. I usually am very hot normally but I surprisingly found this very breathable as well. After wearing this even for one day, I noticed a significant reduction in both my bloating as well as my posture. I also really like how easy it is to fit under my every day clothes as well. I will definitely be wearing more often. If you are looking for a good waist trainer, I highly recommend this one.

I honestly can't figure out some of these reviews. I went by the exact height/weight of some of the reviewers who ordered an L. So, I went ahead and ordered an L and an XL just in case one doesn't fit. My God, even with the extender I couldn't fit into the XL. No wonder so many of you getting rashes cuz you are squeezing yourselves into the WRONG size. Sadly, I'm returning both sizes and now ordering the XXL and 3XL. By the way I'm 5'6 and 182lbs. If you honestly fit into a size L, yikes, good luck. Nice waist trainer though, so I'm giving it a second chance ordering a much bigger size.

I could not get this thing around my body. It ran way too small and there was zero stretch. I got two of the top latches hooked and realized it wasn’t going to fit and I couldn’t unlatch them. I had to call my husband in to help me out of the corset. I returned it ASAP. Even if it did fit it seemed wildly stiff and super uncomfortable. They would be no sitting or bending in this contraption.

This is not for a long torso but will work. I purchase 11.6 in and it does not go over my ribs and my lower belly at the same time but as far as quality it’s nice. Seems sturdy. Been wearing mine for two days, no issues just wish it were longer. Purchased lg works for 36” waist with extension. Support is great on my back and you can see how tiny this thing makes me. Husband was even surprised!

I read every review and looked at every picture for two weeks before finally making the decision to purchase this waist trainer. I am sooo glad that I did. This product arrived within a day and I was super excited to rip it out the box and try it own. The extender was perfect which made the large for me exactly how I wanted it. I wear this wait trainer 10 to 12 hours a day. I have walked 3 miles in it and find it to be very comfortable. It’s breathable, pushes my breast up and gives me the hour glass shape I love. If you are thinking about ordering. Just do it you will not be disappointed!!!

I use my waist trainers to assist in back pain/preventative correction for scoliosis. Previously I had spent $100 on a rubber waist trainer from a local store that worked great for me for years but was in terrible condition and I lost it when I was pregnant. Bought this because it was cheap hoping to find my old one but am BEYOND impressed with the quality for the price. Measurements were true to size and comes with an extender, if you use it for waist training and you’re on the cusp for sizes-go smaller! Moderately Stiff so if you’re looking for more flexibility this may not be for you.

I was. To able to wear it at all, I was working too much, when I have the time, the ti e for the returned was already over, I am normally a large and extra large, it this was not even close to that size, so I lost my money , very disappointed
