This is a really economical solution for those with lactose intolerance. Rather than purchase specially treated dairy products, which would severely limit my choice of brands and flavors, I just take one of these tablets with my favorite milk, cheese, ice cream, etc. and no digestive problems! I also like the small bottles instead of wasteful individual paper packets. I keep one in my handbag or car and of course one in the kitchen.

This has become my go-to brand for lactase. Much cheaper than Lactaid and it seems to work perfectly. I have repurchased a couple times now when I’ve run out. I use them almost daily.

They won't work once you've eaten. It is also very important to use these before their expiration date. I used some of another brand, that had expired a few months ago and they did not work. These are very helpful for me , as I’ve gotten older my tolerance for dairy is even worse I can’t even get away with a slice of cheese if I wanted without being sick ! I chose these because they are tiny and can take one at a time 1 pill lasts for about 30 minutes so if your gonna continue eating more dairy take another. Only thing I do notice SOMETIMES it makes me a little constipated but that’s if I’m not drinking enough water with it. Over alll love them can’t go anywhere without them.
