Are the cover and filling both 100% cotton, or just the cover?

There is not filling here and cover. This is the quilt...and yes it is 100% cotton. I don’t know what is between the layers of quilt. Generally looks good but it is very heavy

How much does the king size weigh?

The item description for king size says 7.43 lbs, but sometimes that is pkg shipping weight. This is a lightweight quilt. I live in the Pacific NW have added an extra blanket thru the fall months and will probably switch to my heavier winter quilt by December. This is a very nice looking quilt.

On the queen size, is 91 the length and 98 the width ?

91in is the width and 98 in is the length. Do not be fooled by the picture. I love my set but had to buy a skirt. The quilt doesn't go down to the floor. Now you can't see the blankets underneath.

Are there matching curtains?

Bedspread comes with only 2 pillow shams.
