Adjustable Maritime 10 Level of Kevlar Fibre Protective Helmet Tan DE

Wonderful helmet. Fits absolutely perfectly could not ask for a better purchase I’ll be buying a few more in the comin months.

All in all I think this is a pretty good helmet. When I joined the Army we had the old steel helmet. When we got the new PASGT we thought that it was a better helmet but had to add padding to make it comfortable and in 2002 we were issued the MICH/ACH and it was the most comfortable out of the box. I wore it for 10 years until I retired and still think it's one of the most comfortable helmets... this one is a little lighter (until you gear it up) and I like the adjustment knob on the back, it makes it nice to be able to quickly change the fit and keep it from moving around when you add or remove your NV devices. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the internal padding. After wearing the ACH for so many years, I wasn't satisfied with the padding so I changed it out with some ACH pads that I had and it made this helmet a 100%. I would definitely recommend this helmet if you are willing to purchase a padding kit. With all of the possible configurations of gear or none at all, this helmet is pretty fictional, light and comfortable (if you change out the pads)

Best fitting helmet ever tested. Fits well over any large head. Very well made , strong materials.

Let me first say this is not a ballistic helmet as far as ballistic helmets go but, 10 layers of Kevlar makes for a very sturdy, ridged and lightweight helmet for deployments. I am in a helmet most of the day and this helmet has been amazing so far. Even though it is not ballistic rated (to my knowledge) i still have a sense of security when I wear this helmet. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good Kevlar helmet.

Helmet does what it is supposed too, very good alternative to the high price helmets, although before putting all of your attachments on take insides out and tighten all of the bolts, also the picture shows Velcro is on the helmet mine had none, overall very happy with it and would purchase it again

People are writing bad reviews on this helmet mostly for not being a ballistic level helmet, but this helmet is not meant to be. It’s a FMA maritime Aramid Fiber version, I wouldn’t even recommend buying ballistic level products on Amazon in the first place (I.e NIJ approved protection) This helmet is only meant to replicate the weight and design of the real ops core maritime, with that out of the way on to the review This helmet is Chinese made but is relatively comfortable I’ve switched out everything (which I recommend) to make things more fit to my liking but the only real purpose of having this this particular helmet really is for the immersion factor of wearing a real ballistic helmet. There are newer versions of the helmet on the market with lighter materials, trademarks, and even correct chinstraps and helmet pads. This helmet works really well as a base helmet and will serve you well on the airsoft/paintball field. If you’re looking for a more immersive helmet with a smaller budget I definitely recommend this helmet

Not only is it not a level 10 but a medium to large is more like a small to medium! Would be OK for training or air soft. But not for combat use!
