Lovely product, poor packing and no quality check.
Just received this product for the first time. The honey itself is lovely and thick but the glass jar it arrived in was cracked at the bottom. I've been told I can't return it, so have just reordered, hoping for better service next time.

Broken seal, opened container!!
One of the two containers had a broken seal! The other was crystallised way too much, even for an ...organic product. I have to through them away as to mail them back means more spending for me...Very upsetting.

Among the worst I've had
Very disappointing. We are a huge honey family and eat it by the kilo, but we really struggled to get through this one. Ended up using it for cooking.

Sadly completely crystallised - but tastes great.
I've given 3 stars as it arrives completely crystallised. I don't think they should be advertising runny honey and sending out crystallised. Good for toast but I use in oats and need it runny. Heat destroys honey, so nothing I can do. Crystallised honey is an indication of quality but I was sad it was not runny. Shame as the taste is great and I was gonna order loads more.

A tasty Pine and Fir Tree Raw Honey
I wasn’t completely sure about the taste when I tried my first spoonful, but it’s really grown on me. The texture is much thicker than cheap supermarket honey, and it does tend to crystallise slightly. I noticed a few reviewers complaining about this, but from what I’ve read, crystallisation is actually a good sign. It happens because raw honey still contains natural pollen, wax particles, and enzymes that act as “crystal starter points,” and it hasn’t been heated or ultra‑filtered to prevent the process. Overall, great honey. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.
