Incredible raw honey
Omg this honey, since I bought it, has been a valuable purchase. It tastes nothing like stores bought, who barely has real honey and more sugar added. This has transformed my cooking. After you've cooked BBQ chicken, add one tablespoon of this raw honey, it becomes even more delicious. Definitely recommend and I will buy it from Amazon from now on.

Honey with a twist
This had a slightly unusual flavour, it’s not as sweet as other honey, so it’s great on more savoury dishes, such as on cheese and veggies or just on toast, it can crystallise but that’s because it’s raw.

A tasty Pine and Fir Tree Raw Honey
I wasn’t completely sure about the taste when I tried my first spoonful, but it’s really grown on me. The texture is much thicker than cheap supermarket honey, and it does tend to crystallise slightly. I noticed a few reviewers complaining about this, but from what I’ve read, crystallisation is actually a good sign. It happens because raw honey still contains natural pollen, wax particles, and enzymes that act as “crystal starter points,” and it hasn’t been heated or ultra‑filtered to prevent the process. Overall, great honey. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Lovely warm flavour
This honey tastes great! It has an undertone of pine which keeps it from being quite as sweet. It's good for dressings and drizzled over food with a nice medium consistency. As yet I have seen no crystallisation.

Goes hard
My kids like to dripple honey over there cereal in a morning and I wanted a change from the supermarket stuff. This seemed to hit the marks, runny, different tastes, different benefits however it starts to go hard and and while sitting it in hot water loosens it again it's impractical in a morning with 2 young kids. Loses the stars because of the hardening and cancelled my subscription to it to try something else
