A great product!
Love this millet pasta! It has a good texture and a good taste. It is gluten-free, it cooks within 10 minutes, is a great quality product and a great value for the money. I do wish it wasn't so expensive but it is a great product!

Excellent. I cover to top with water and boil - do not discard water as it makes its own creamy sauce. As good a traditional pasta. Plus organic and alkaline assassination and complete protein and no gluten . Wheat sucks for you

My favorite pasta!
My favorite gluten free pasta! The texture is so much like wheat pasta that my husband can’t tell the difference. The one thing I will warn is to cook this pasta only until it is almost done (al dente) and by the time you drain and serve it, the pasta will be perfectly cooked.

Organic pasta
Absolutely delicious millet pasta- highly recommend. It has a delicious flavor. I’m able to eat it plain with just salt.

My son loves these. But... DON'T overcook, as they fall apart! Keep checking them as they cook!!

Best gluten free pasta
I love this millet pasta. The texture and taste are very close to real pasta. And it doesn’t have a bunch of weird ingredients like a lot if gluten free pastas. Millet is an agent grain so you’re getting a healthy pasta too.

Thankful they created this
Taste wise, I think it's even better than brown rice pasta. Texture is really great. Flavor is like the corn part, of a corn tamale, but more subtle. I'm actually really impressed. I'm sensitive to high oxalate foods. For example eating sweet potatoes makes me feel like I got hit by a truck, tons of fatigue... and a lot of low lectin foods, are high in oxalates. I think millet is slightly lower. This is an awesome option, I'm thankful it exists.

Is this really gluten free and organic?
I would like more information. The product is not gluten-free certified and is a product of China. However, it does taste good for millet.
