I was so excited to use this but unfortunately, even on the softest metals, I cannot get it to show clearly or it needs more more than one strike and it's just to small to make it line up if you have to strike more than once. :(

Love the design, but it is much bigger than I anticipated. I can’t seem to get the whole design to stamp on, but I think that has more to do with the metal I am stamping and not the stamp itself. I did find it’s smoothness made it difficult to hold, so I wrapped some tape around it, at about the middle, and that seems to help.

Ordered the star punch, and was pleasantly surprised at how high-quality a tool it is. I’m a blacksmith, and I’ve been using it on hot metal consistently for a couple of weeks now, and it looks just the way it did when I took out of the box. I haven’t even dulled the shine.

So I'm sure this is fine on metal, but the product lists that it's good for leather too and I couldn't disagree more. It creates circles around the image and I had to hit it 6 or 7 times fill force to create a slightly noticable indent. I wasn't looking for a cut out or anything, but the distance between the image and the base needs to be longer so the circle around it doesn't show. If I didn't have other plans for this punch, I'd return it.

The impression of the leaf is hard to get, even with the tap and tilt method. I'm not sure if it's cause the stamp isn't sharp enough or why. It was a good price, and maybe you get what you pay for. Not sure I'd order other stamps from this manufacturer again cause of that.

I have purchased two of this brands metal stamps. One was decent, but the cross stamp had to be returned. After trying different metals and hammer weights, I could not get it to make a full impression and ended up ruining several pieces.

This product was exactly as described, with an accurate image in the posting. However, for accuracy I use a magnetic jig to hold punches in alignment. I did not account for the flair on this punch. This causes the impression to be uneven. It is simple enough to add a shim to correct the issue but it is a design element that may not work if you are not expecting it and are using a jig.

This stamp does work. I cannot say that it doesn't, but it is not deeply cut and is very hard to stamp on industrial brass. Perhaps it works much better on very soft aluminum or 'jewelry grade' brass.

Stated was delivered in a previous package when it wasn’t. Wouldn’t buy again, not reliable... was looking forward to this! :(

This stamps works well and makes clear and shark impressions.
