My computer stopped working so bought this laptop and it’s great the screen is bright hd screen. The storage is fine having a 256 Ssd and 1gig Hd. The 16g of ram is fine for most use. It has 4 USB ports card slot and hmdi and power port. As it is all built in you can’t upgrade you need a specialist to do that + it has USA keyboard. The weight at 2.8kg is fine for carrying around though you might get a sore arm after a while all. All in all a great value laptop

The media could not be loaded.  On first delivery, problem with power cable. Replacement sent. Same issue.Now seven months. Screen failed. One year warranty they don't honour. Asked to go to local shop and will be paid. When I get the quote and paid for diagnostics, they say, send it to China for repair and I should pay for the courier. Bigger question, what's the guarantee that the item will be returned after repair when they can not honour the warranty? Do they expect the item to be sent every time to China for repair and customer pays the courier charges? Don't get fooled by huge spec at lower price. Its not worth the hassle.

Turns off or displays blue screen every 20 minutes. Not fit for purpose. Have contacted company and eventually they have told me to pay to get it fixed and as long as cost is reasonable they will reimburse. Not good enough! How do I know what cost is reasonable in their opinion, and how do I say to the people I ask to fix it to only fix it if the cost is reasonable! Also if it isnt then they wont reimburse, even if it is covered under warranty. I emailed to say this but no response. I am now left having to pay for a replacemetn. Buy elsewhere is my advice

Le prix extraordinaire pour de telles composantes cache de réels défauts: les prises USB sont plus ou moins emboîtables, pareil pour la batterie et la prise JAK.Mais encore, cela n'est pas très grave car il fonctionne sur ces plans.Cependant, son vrai défaut, d'où l'arnaque, c'est l'internet qui se déconnecte sans raison parfois un peu aléatoirement, parfois périodiquement. Et non: ce n'est pas un problème venant de mon internet, j'ai la fibre et elle marche parfaitement sur tous les autres appareils.Je suis content de pouvoir avertir les gens sur une telle arnaque. Je suis encore en train de tenter de résoudre ces problèmes d'internet. Si j'y arrive, je changerai un peu la note. Ce n'est dans tous les cas pas normal que je doive régler cela sur un PC neuf. De la pacotille.08/03/20: Le PC a définitivement lâché hier. J'avais réussi à contourner le problème de l'Internet grâce à un cable ethernet, mais hier il a freeze et s'est éteint. D'après mes recherches, je crois que c'est le disque dur qui est mort (oui, au bout de deux mois d'utilisation normale). J'ai immédiatement demandé un remboursement. En attendant, je vais l'amener demain chez un spécialiste et je tiendrai les curieux au courant. Je déconseille tout de même fortement de l'acheter pour l'instant.25/03/2020: J'ai contacté le vendeur pour mon problème et ça s'est très bien passé. Mon ordinateur est maintenant comme neuf, et quand il marche bien, c'est de l'assez bonne qualité, surtout pour le prix si peu cher. Tant qu'il marche, je ne peux que laisser une note d'au moins 4. Satisfait.

Who supplied this piece of junk? Worked fine, fast good laptop now its just stuck on the bios boot screen all the time and will not boot up at all. Does anyone have contact details???????
