"Hold the tongue cleaner firmly by both hands, grabbing one end in each hand. Open your mouth and extend your tongue as far out as comfortably possible. Firmly but gently scrape the tongue with the flat center part of the scraper in one back to front smooth single stroke. repeat after washing the tongue cleaner as necessary."
