IMPORTANT DO'S & DON'T'S FOR Cobra Grips Cross Training Grips DO: Read all instructions provided with these grips. Ensure that you have the proper size grips for your hands. Wash your hands before putting grips on. If grips show any signs of tearing or weakness after the first few months of use, replace them immediately. DON’T: Cut or pull on the finger holes. Use a wire brush to clean them. Please note that you should NEVER cut the finger holes to make them larger. They are sized small, but will stretch with use. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BREAKING IN YOUR GRIPS One of the best ways to break in your grips is by doing basic swing work (if you’re a gymnast) or basic lifting (if you are using the grips in the gym). Avoid using these grips for complete gymnastics routines or gym workouts until they are completely broken in. Once they are broken in, you will experience having a maximum grip. If you are ordering a new pair of grips to replace worn grips, it’s a good idea to do so before the worn pair needs to be discarded. Once your grips are broken in, they will be formed specifically to your hands. DO NOT use water or any kind of liquid to clean the leather. This can lead to stretching or rotting, which in turn leads to tearing. HOW TO STRETCH THE FINGER HOLES ON YOUR NEW GRIPS Please note that the finger holes on your grips are made small. They will enlarge slightly with use.

Good Grips but Using for Other Purposes
The media could not be loaded. I'm using these gloves for my rowing machine to avoid blisters on my hands. There is not much to say about these, they are simple to use and inexpensive. I'm not using them for lifting so I can't comment on that. But if you are, I would not consider the wrist supports to really support your wrists since they are only like 0.5" across. This company's other grips have 2" wrist supports with full neoprene, so if you need it, get those instead. But these are pretty good as well for other purposes.

I got these to protect my hands when doing pull-up work. I am new to crossfit, and I'm overweight. I don't want callouses. These did not work for me at all. They hindered my grip, and I still got blisters. I should have spent a little more on some name brand ones recommended to me.

Nice material. The cut on the leather is clean no sharp cuts that cut into your fingers. The Velcro is sturdy.

The product has a great quality, I’m using it for CrossFit to do pull ups, chest to bars and muscle ups. This product is great to help me prevent calluses and blisters in my hands which is really painful. Avoiding pain is great! So buy this product!

these grips are amazing at saving my hands from blisters and calluses. The price is amazing too! It does a great job adding a layer for when doing crossfit rig workouts like toe-to-bars and pull ups. my hand size is 3.5 inches and the small fits well because there’s still wiggle room. I like that it tells you Right and Left. It also comes in a storage bag

If your doing a lot of workouts on the bar and don’t want your hands tore up these are for you. They are very durable and fit comfortably while giving you the best protection from ripping your callous’. Highly recommended!
