exetreme weather - Replacement flap ?

Thank you for this question. Replacement flaps for both the center insulated and interior/exterior vinyl flaps are available separately. Contact PetSafe Customer Care directly for assistance in locating the appropriate model flap for your current size of pet door.

What is the flap size for the X-large door, the frame size does nothing for dog size. My Labrador is very wide in the chest, as are other dogs

Thank you for the great question! The Extra-Large Extreme Weather Pet Door flap is 13 5/8" and 24 3/8" inches. You may reference the product images for measuring instructions and other measurements of the pet door.

Is this compatible as a replacement for pac11-11040, the xl doggy door??

Thank you for this question. The PAC11-11040 refers to one of our universal flaps alone and will not tell us which pet door model you currently own. So that we may gather a few more details on your specific model and offer a suggestion for replacement, please reach out to PetSafe Customer Care directly.

Can i replace this one for the large dual flap heavy duty rustproof dog doors for exterior doors

Thank you for this question! This Extreme Weather Pet Door is intended for installation in a standard door measuring 1.625 in. – 2.25 in. thick. We would love to hear more about your situation to help you find the best replacement option for your current pet door. Please reach out to PetSafe Customer Care directly for further assistance.
