Would be 5 star with proper postage
The part itself is fine and fits perfectly. Throughly annoyed however that it was simply sent in a grey bag with no bubble wrap. As a result one of the plastic clips that holds it on has broken in postage. It thankfully JUST holds itself onto the steam mop so does work but seriously suggest the seller puts it into bubble wrap or a box.
