This is a decent belt for medium level weight training, little soft but has retained its shape and support during my 4 months of serious use.Provide comfortable support for deadlift, vertical rows and squats. I would recommend it for beginner and medium level weight training.

Weight lifting belt, this is just for the support of the back spine but the comfort I really wanted to tell you people. Without giving 2nd thought just go for it. Especially this belt I recommend only for beginners and intermediate gym people. If you are pro then this is not your piece of cake
