This is a great product to use in water, drinks, and other recipes. It's a great Cherry 🍒 Flavor! I personally love it! I would buy it again. I recommend this product!

How Pure is this Extract to Volume?
While identified as pure cherry extract, the label states the ingredients to be: cherry extract, alcohol, and water. Since it appears other extracts commonly contain alcohol and water, I can live with these additional ingredients as a compositional reality for extracts. Disappointingly, however, the label does not state the percentages of each ingredient. For some extracts, the FDA specifies certain minimum percentages and/or weight to volume requirements be met for them to be marketed as an extract. Required or not for cherry extracts, I would like Olive Nation/JR Mushrooms to provide this additional transparency on its ingredients label. Finally, I purchased this cherry extract to be used, in combination with the liquid form of Carlsons "Very Finest" Fish oil, as a supplement for various medical conditions. While it's too early for me to assess any personal medical benefits of this extract, I can state it tastes a bit like cherry cough syrup. Lacking any other opinions for now, I decided to rate this product 4 stars, and hope more reviewers start weighing in for a broader based rating and overview.

Good value, no artificial aftertaste
Only used it to add extra flavor to vegan homemade ice cream. Never got a medicinal aftertaste, so I (and my guests) had no complaints at all. Would happily use this product again

I put a drop or two of this in my candle warmer and the smell is delicious! Olivenation has great products and I have never had a problem with their prompt deliveries!

Not going to buy again
It just doesn't have a strong flavor. I have to use so much of it to get just a hint of flavor. McCormicks is a lot better.
