It is a good product. However, it arrived with a broken lid with goo all over the place. When I wanted a replacement, it said "no returns or replacements." I put duct tape over the top and am able to use what is left but I will buy from somebody else next time. It is an Amazon issue, not the company, from my understanding. I cannot find a place to speak, write, phone or communicate in any way to settle this issue with Amazon shipping.

I have CVI. This actually improves circulation and decreases edema. It also moisturizes dry skin, absorbs quickly and is not at all greasy. Initially has a slightly medicinal odor which quickly becomes very pleasant. I highly recommend this product.

Hello, first of all, I am a returning customer and your product is excellent. I recommended it also to several of my friends, they all ordered and are very happy. Unfortunately my last order was ruined and you have to talk to UPS and your other shipping companies. UPS left the package on the "metal" stairs in front of my house, in the bright sun. Even in September we reach temperatures in the high 90's, and leaving it on a metal stair is not helping either. Needless to say, your great product was ruined, melted into the cardboard box If they would have left it underneath the stairs in the shade, nothing would have happened to the package. Please talk to your shipment companies. I live of a very low disability income and can not just order a new bottle; now i have to wait til next month to reorder. Thank you for providing such a great product, please make sure it arrives intact in the future.
